The enrolment form may collect names, contact details, village and farm information, poultry capacity, experience and support interests. The optional ID number should only be collected where Khutshembo has a documented lawful need.

Purpose

Information is used to assess farmer applications, contact applicants, plan potential supply arrangements and administer the farmer network.

Access and sharing

Access should be limited to authorised Khutshembo personnel. Information must not be sold. It may only be shared with service providers or other parties where there is a lawful and documented reason and appropriate safeguards.

Retention and rights

Khutshembo must define a retention period and secure deletion process. Applicants may request access to or correction of their personal information and may raise privacy concerns with the responsible party.
